Senate Democrats May Have to Accept Mining in Order to Advance Green Energy

Last week, the House of Representatives passed the National Strategic and Critical Minerals Production Act, a law created to help improve and protect mining in our country, but opposed by Congressional Democrats.

However, Senate Democrats my find themselves in a damned if you do, damned if you don’t scenario. What many on the left fail to realize is that the mining of specific minerals are critical to the green environmental movement. New “green technology” is not simply dependent upon the advancement of computer programming or advancements in technology. Almost all major forms of new green advancements, such as electric motors or fuel cells are dependent upon mined minerals.

In order to “save” their green movement, liberals may actually have to pass a bill which is designed to protect an industry which they hate. You can read more on this interesting conundrum here:
