The Green Police – $2,500 Fine if You Don’t Recycle in Miami Beach!

The Green Police are here!
Beginning in July, Miami Beach has passed an ordinance making recycling compulsory, resulting in up to a $2,500 fine for those who do not comply. And how will Miami Beach determine if you do not comply? Enter the Green Police.

While the Carbon Belch team has nothing against recycling, we do have a problem with “Big Brother” monitoring our every move. Every step down this slippery slope leads to more and more regulation and government intrusion in the lives of American citizens.
