The 'climate geniuses' aren't telling you everything

Can the 'crucial' predictions of life-destroying "climate change" and "global warming" finally be put to rest?

According to Marc Morano of Climate Depot, a leading expert on the topic, apparently the answer is: 'No'. Morano argues that the "global warming" movement was never about the science behind the issue in fact, it was always about creating a global system of controlling energy production and consumption.

The Daily Mail report noted that over the last century, America’s major media have predicted an impending global climate crisis four different times. Each prediction warned entire countries would be wiped out or that lower crop yields would mean “billions” would die.

In 1895, the hysteria was over an imminent ice age. In the late 1920s, when the earth’s surface warmed less than half a degree, the media jumped on a new threat – global warming, that continued into the late 1950s. Again in 1975, a New York Times headline blared "A Major Cooling Widely Considered to Be Inevitable". Later in 1981, it was back to global warming, with the Times quoting seven government atmospheric scientists who predicted global warming of an "almost unprecedented magnitude".

According to Morano the facts obviously don’t seem to matter to the activists: "They don’t need no stinkin’ science", he said. "They have an agenda".

Scientist Art Robinson has spearheaded The Petition Project, which has already gathered the signatures of 31,487 scientists who agree that there is "no convincing scientific evidence that human release of carbon dioxide, methane, or other greenhouse gases is causing or will, in the foreseeable future, cause catastrophic heating of the earth’s atmosphere and disruption of the earth’s climate".

The scientists agree: "Moreover, there is substantial scientific evidence that increases in atmospheric carbon dioxide produce many beneficial effects upon the natural plan and animal environments of the Earth".
