420,000 Years of Data Proves Global Warming is NOT Man-Made
Posted on: Tuesday, September 10, 2013 CommentsWhile the global warming debate has been one of the hottest topics of the past decade, few, including scientists, take the time to look into the relevant scientific data related to this issue.
The Vostok ice core data, from research done at the Vostok station in the Antarctic, presents the relationship between CO2 in the atmosphere and global temperature. Contrary to current belief today, the Vostok data proves that CO2 increases lag behind temperature increases by about 800 years; which means that CO2 is not the cause of increased temperatures. This research was done many years ago by a group of Russian and French scientists. It’s important to point out the nationality of these scientists in order to remove any potential bias due to financial or political gain as is often the case here in the U.S.. This data alone almost negates the notion that man is responsible for global warming.
The Vostok data also concludes that the rise and fall of global temperatures and the rise and fall of CO2 emissions occur in a completely natural cycle the planet has gone through for as long as we have been able to collect data. And currently, according to scientific data, the earth is trending towards another Ice Age period of cooling where global temperatures will drop and ice will again form heavily at the poles.
Through careful study of the Vostok ice core data, 420,000 years of information has proven that we are not going to see a constant warming of the planet; in fact, we are near the very end of a warming cycle. Yet global warming alarmists would still have you believe this nonsense that humanity will soon cease to exist due to man-made carbon emissions.
Such data might lead one to wonder how organizations studying global warming could overlook this information. How is it that Al Gore, the winner of the Nobel Peace Prize can continue to ignore these facts? Unfortunately, the answer is simple – money, politics, and power.
Politically and financially, many leaders in the western world have a lot to gain if they can accomplish their goal of having us believe that the proverbial sky is falling.
